The squadron under the command of Rear Admiral Stewart lies ready to sail at Spithead, prepared to put to sea upon the first order.

TODAY, the market prices for Bank shares fluctuated from 148 up to 149, settling at 148 1/2. East India Company stock traded between 154 1/2 and 157, closing at 156 1/4. South Sea Company trading shares moved from 86 up to 87 before returning to 86; South Sea Annuities traded from 107 1/2 down to 107 1/4; and the New Annuities ranged from 105 3/4 up to 106 3/4, settling at 106.
FRANCE:
PARIS, September 25th.
The King has bestowed the Irish Regiment of Lee upon Mr. Borlay. His Majesty's journey to Fontainebleau remains uncertain and seems to depend upon the circumstances in Poland.
On Wednesday, an express dispatch arrived at Versailles from the Count of Rotembourg in St. Ildefonso.
P.S. The company shares, which had surged to a valuation of 1200 upon the news of King Stanislaus Leszczyński of Poland's election, have since fallen. Driven by rumors of impending war, prices have returned to a trading range between 1140 and 1120 per share.

The day before yesterday, Mr. van Assendelft, Resident of the States General at this Court, hosted a splendid dinner for the Count of Harrach, First Minister and Grand Master to the Archduchess, alongside the Countess, his spouse, and several other gentlemen and ladies of the highest distinction.

Simon Kl. Leest of Danzig has arrived in Lisbon; and Jan Donker has departed for the North.
Captain Sipke Kl.'s vessel, coming from the Little East [the Baltic], is resting on the exposed seabed in Wangerooge. Pieter Kouwenhove of Cagliari has arrived in Revel.
Also arrived: Jens Jurgens of Aalburg in Trondheim; Zach. Dolhof from France in Lübeck; and on the Elbe, W. Jelle Jansse of Dunkirk and Hend. Holts from here.
ROTTERDAM, September 29th.
Capt. Lucas has arrived in Hellevoetsluis with the letters from Harwich, along with Adt. de Groot from Archangel, Jan Hille from Riga, and Ed. Harper from Sunderland; sailing out from there is Capt. Follard with the letters of the 25th of this month for Harwich.
Arriving on the Meuse are Gerr. Glerk from Somme, Sjoert Sim. from Rouen, Kasper Meyer from Bergen, and Joseph le Besque from Vannes; departing are Gerrit and Matth. Uyting, Dirk Krygsman, and Isc. Wapenaar for Bordeaux; Ary Jansse de Zeeuw for Bayonne, Corn. Klaasse for Nantes, Pieter Suyker for Stettin, Matth. Coffin for Madeira, John Olding for Faro, the sloop Success for London, Anne Frankes for Hamburg, and four others for various English ports.
THE HAGUE, September 29th.
The Baron of Stark, Minister-Plenipotentiary, Lord Chamberlain, and Court Marshal to the reigning Duke of Holstein, alongside the Baron of Hamilton from Neustadt, who recently arrived here from Hamburg, have met with several Lords of the Regency. They intend to undertake the journey to the Court of Great Britain in 10 to 12 days.
Several foreign ministers met with the Count of Nassau, Lord of Zeist, who presides over the Assembly of the States General on behalf of the Province of Utrecht.
Mr. Vriesen, who holds a seat in Their High Mightinesses' Assembly on behalf of the Province of Overijssel, has departed for the aforementioned province.
The Gentlemen Van Sonsbeek and Van Laren have returned from managing the rights to collect tolls along the Meuse, and have appeared before the Council of State.
